About Our Company

Reliant Credits (India) Limited (RCIL) was established in 1989 as a Non-Banking Financial Company (NBFC) under Section 45-IA of the Reserve Bank of India Act, 1934. The Company was founded by a group of young entrepreneurs with a vision for sustained growth in the asset financing sector, focusing on hire purchase services. In 2020, there has been a strategic shift in the Company’s structure there by shifting the business focus to gold loans as a major growth segment with Microfinance and MSME Loans, moving from 7 branches to 125 branches in 2025. with footprint in Kerala, Karnataka , Telangana and Tamil Nadu. Under the guidance and supervision of the visionary Board, RCIL continues to further strengthen its operations towards creating lasting value for the communities it serves , thus enhancing its brand image and value.

Throughout his career, he has held prominent positions such as Chairman and Director across various reputed organizations, earning a reputation for his strategic vision and leadership excellence.

Josekutty Xavier is a Postgraduate in Commerce and a renowned financial expert with a career dedicated to the development of financial institutions, including KLM Axiva Finvest Ltd. He currently serves as the Vice President of FIPHA (All India Hire Purchase Association), President of the Kerala NBFC Association, and Vice President of the Nidhi Companies Association, among other key roles.

Paul Joseph is a renowned finance professional and former Finance Director in the Ministry of Finance, Government of India. He holds a Postgraduate degree in Economics and a Master of Business Administration, and is an officer of the Indian Economic Service (IES). Throughout his esteemed career, he has worked closely with prominent national leaders, including Dr. Manmohan Singh, Mr. P. Chidambaram, and Mr. Sharad Pawar. He played a pivotal role in the establishment of the NSE, where he served as a Director for over a decade, and was instrumental in the establishment of SEBI, significantly shaping India’s financial regulatory landscape.
